This page is intended to make App Intelligence practices understandable. Project-specific contracts and legal requirements may add to or replace parts of this policy.

1. Our Position

App Intelligence uses artificial intelligence as an engineering and productivity tool. AI may assist with research, ideation, prototyping, code suggestions, testing, documentation, summarization, content development, data interpretation, and workflow automation.

AI output is not treated as automatically correct. Human review, context, professional judgment, and accountability remain essential.

2. Human Oversight

A person remains responsible for project decisions, architecture, requirements, acceptance, release readiness, and communication with the client.

The level of review depends on the risk and purpose of the work. Higher-impact decisions require stronger validation, testing, traceability, and human approval.

3. Client and Confidential Information

We aim to minimize the information provided to AI systems. Client confidential information, personal information, credentials, proprietary source code, and sensitive business data should not be submitted to public or consumer AI tools unless the use is authorized, appropriate safeguards are in place, and the processing is consistent with the applicable agreement.

Project-specific AI practices may be defined in a proposal, security requirement, data-processing term, or client instruction.

4. AI-Generated Code and Content

AI-assisted code and content may contain errors, security weaknesses, outdated assumptions, bias, unsuitable licensing implications, or fabricated information. Appropriate review may include code inspection, testing, dependency checks, factual verification, security review, and editing before release.

5. Automated Decisions

App Intelligence does not intend to use the public website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

Where a client system includes automated recommendations, scoring, classification, or decisions, the intended use, human review, evidence, limitations, and escalation path should be addressed during design.

6. Transparency in Client Work

When AI materially affects the behaviour, risk, or operation of a delivered system, App Intelligence aims to make that role understandable to the client. Depending on the system, this may include model or provider identification, prompts or workflow descriptions, confidence indicators, source references, audit events, human approval steps, or documented limitations.

7. Continuous Review

AI tools and standards change quickly. We may update our practices and this statement as technology, client requirements, and legal expectations evolve.
